After a careful review of your claim and of all documentation available to us, we can unfortunately not accept liability for the damage to the goods.

Our investigation shows that the cause of the damage was the poor condition of the goods when we received them for transportation. The transportation itself was carried out entirely in accordance with your instructions and without extraordinary events. As you will appreciate, we cannot be liable for something which we have not caused. This is also what follows from the applicable legal provisions.
